Fees are a dated source observation
DLD publishes AED 177.75 for Dubai REST / the Department’s website: AED 100 registration + AED 10 knowledge + AED 10 innovation + AED 55 service partner + AED 2.75 VAT on that partner fee. It publishes AED 220 total for trustee centres, alongside AED 100 + AED 10 + AED 10 and AED 95 + VAT for the service partner. We reproduce the trustee total as stated; we do not infer VAT or rounding. Confirm the final breakdown before paying.
These are published service totals, not an account-specific quote. Pay only through the official route after confirming the charge.
Documents and the result to keep
App
Copy of the Unified Tenancy Contract. Confirm the mobile-route conditions as well; a document list alone does not establish eligibility.
Trustee
Original Unified Tenancy Contract; present the applicant’s Emirates ID. A representative must present the official power of attorney. DLD says a Dubai-issued POA number can be entered without attaching the document; a POA from another emirate must be attached. Do not infer a foreign-POA rule from that distinction.
Receipt and result
Keep the actual payment receipt and e-Contract Registration Certificate. For Ejari / Dubai REST, DLD lists the certificate by email after review and approval. A preparation checklist is not that certificate.
The original lease and renewal terms belong in your own records. This page does not collect them.
Official source and checking method
Open DLD’s combined register/renew service page. Read its documents, conditions and fees for the route you actually use. The preparation method on this page is ours, not a DLD approval.

Published route conditions, not account results
The conditions and amounts below come from DLD’s combined register/renew service page. No account, property, submitted request or actual renewal charge was checked.
Not a complete legal or renewal decision
This guide does not decide rent changes, renewal deadlines, penalties, tenancy disputes, cancellation requirements or whether an account can complete your request. Unknown or unmet conditions mean confirm with the official service or managing company, not that renewal is impossible.
Private preparation only
No upload · no storage · no account. The selector uses answers in this tab only. Do not enter Emirates ID, tenancy numbers, documents or bank details. Nothing is submitted, paid or saved into a Decision Room.
Can I renew through Dubai REST?
DLD’s mobile conditions require the tenant and landlord to be individuals and the owner data to be up to date. Match those conditions, then confirm in the official service. This tool cannot check your account or approve a renewal.
Do the online and trustee fees match?
No. As reviewed on 24 October 2026, DLD’s combined register/renew page publishes AED 177.75 for Dubai REST / its website and AED 220 for trustee centres. These are published service totals, not a quote for your specific request.
Does the checklist renew my contract?
No. It organises the published route and document questions only. Complete the request through the official service and keep the actual certificate.
What happens after I submit?
For Ejari / Dubai REST, DLD lists entry of information and uploads, payment, employee review and approval, then the e-Contract Registration Certificate by email. The centre workflow lists document review and approval before payment and collection. Do not treat the two sequences as identical or payment as approval.
